Moyn Islam : From IT Analyst to becoming a millennial of Network Marketing

Moyn started like every other commoner struggling to improve his lifestyle. In his eyes he is still a commoner and he envisions of making every commoner free from their financial worries. 

Moyn Islam talks about his vision,” It’s mostly about the common man. He struggles for the job, for becoming financially free and for spending time with his family. I want to work and make sure with the help of Network marketing, every commoner achieve his/hers goal of becoming financially free.


I have been a commoner myself and worked at odd jobs like everyone else. But with network marketing everything just gets easier. I want to use this industry to help layman.”

Starting from a below average background the industry has given Moyn Islam his first taste of success. Moyn who holds a degree in Information Technology, used to work at school named St. Georges as an IT Network Analyst. Moyn Islam also has a Youtube channel in which he explains about Network marketing. His videos are one of the highest trending when it comes to Network marketing.

While people know the Moyn today, the know less about the hard work that is behind Moyn Islam.

An Insight into the past

Success that people see in Moyn today is not success for Moyn.

Moyn about success,” For most of the people it is the outcome that is success or failure, but for me success is about reacting to a situation. This is where my definition of success differs from others. The one that reacts to every situation he faces in his life is a successful person. Regardless of the outcome that he achieves for that scenario." 

Moyn’s struggle till now depicts the same definition of success that he utters. He worked as a dish-washer in a restaurant and he has also worked in a school for the degree that he earned but after sometime when he did not enjoy his own contentment he stopped. 

Talking about the work environment that he loves to work in, Moyn says,” I love to work in a transparent environment where nothing is hidden from anyone. The more the company is transparent with its employees and its customers, the speedier it will succeed. In the past, whenever things were beyond my reach/ I felt like they were hidden from me, first I tried to find a reason and then if I felt they were intentionally put up by someone, I have acted upon it.”

The first two years in network marketing industry were full of hurdles for him. Speaking about his struggle in those two years Moyn says,” Yes it was worth lots of learning as it is right now too, the only change is I am more familiar with the industry from what I was before. I value things more than what I used to do in the past. 

One thing that I have learnt and that goes mainly for network marketing because here it is not just about the sales that you make but also about the downline recruiters that you make, is: Confidence on your company, confidence on your company’s products. The more you have this confidence, the longer will be your list of downline recruiters. Because the more you have, the more you will be able to instill in them.”

Learning this fundamental correctly Moyn says, after that there was no looking back. He and his brother have many records to their names that includes the highest number of downline recruits in the lowest possible times. They are also the youngest millennials in Network marketing industry.

About his Vision for the world

Moyn has changed the lives of ten thousand people and the number is still growing. In his videos and webinars Moyn is known for his leadership qualities and his communicating qualities. He is ranked as one of the top influencers in today’s world by several magazines.

About his talent and skillset Moyn says,” I want to utilize my leadership skills and talent in helping people as much as I can. Providing commoner with latest technologies that are available is my mission of which I am working for. I think I can understand them better because I was and I still consider myself as a commoner.”

Hugely appreciated by all kinds of audience especially for his communicating skills to a larger mass of audience. A glance to his Youtube videos tells you how popular he is amongst audiences of all age groups. 

About his own vision Moyn says,” More than visions, now-a-days it is about focusing on the turn-around time that one takes for converting this vision into reality. I believe in keep this time interval as short as possible and with the technologies that are present right now and going to come in the future, this time is going to decrease more and more.”
